1a) In order to join the NY Regional Yoga
Championship, you must first be a member of the USA Yoga Federation. To join the Federation, please click the Pay Pal link below.
1b) Please complete the USA Yoga Federation Membership Form
2) After joining the USA Yoga Federation, please complete the entry form below for the NY Regional Yoga Competition.

Classes are free to competitors
Weekly Advanced Class Schedule:
Thursday: Midtown 11:00am-1:00pm
Friday: Lower East Side 1:45pm-3:45pm
